Shipping time is not the same as processing time. Some items—such as our larger prints—can take 1–2 days to print, which means total processing time may be 3–4 business days before shipping, especially for larger prints.

Our standard turnaround time is 1–2 business days on all products, unless otherwise stated. Turnaround time does not include weekends, holidays, or owner vacation days. Ready-to-ship items also have a 1–2 business day turnaround time unless stated otherwise.

Orders are shipped to the address entered at checkout. Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. Bill’s Builds is not responsible for packages that are not delivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned, the buyer is responsible for paying shipping costs to have it reshipped.

Once your order is placed we do not cancel orders so please make sure you are 100% wanting your items before placing your order. If you need an item by a certain time, please email us at bmfslemp@outlook.com before placing your order to ensure we can create and deliver that item in the timeframe you need it.

If your purchase arrives damaged or inaccurate items, please send us an email to bmfslemp@outlook.com within 3 days upon arrival.

We are not responsible for packages once they have been dropped off with USPS. If you believe your package is lost, please contact the shipping company to file a claim. We will not refund, remake, or credit your account for any order lost or damaged by USPS.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Due to the custom nature of 3D printed items, Bill's Build's does not accept exchanges or returns on 3D printed products unless otherwise stated.

If there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. Approved returns must be shipped back or dropped off in the designated pickup totes within that 7-day window.

Items returned or reported after 7 days from delivery will not be accepted.
